By accessing or using Broadcast ("the Service"), operated by Broadcast HQ ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Service

Broadcast is a platform for discovering, tracking, and managing events. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Broadcast HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
