By accessing or using Broadcast ("the Service"), operated by Broadcast HQ ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Broadcast is a platform for discovering, tracking, and managing events. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
